We offer several building plans to inspire your design ideas or use as they are. If you have specific design ideas, we can incorporate them into the draft design. Once the design is drafted and approved, we'll outline all the specifications and prepare a contract.

Upon accepting the contract, a 5 percent deposit of the quote is required. This enables us to proceed with preliminary requirements and obtain local council approval.

We will submit your application for council approval and strive to ensure a quick approval process.

Kyra Homes has an experienced colour consultant who will guide you through the entire colour selection process. Our consultant will help you choose the best fittings for your new home. We stock products locally to make it easier for you to select the right colour scheme and fittings. If you are building your home far from our store or cannot visit, you can choose compatible products from your local hardware store. We will send you colour charts to help you find the right colours.

Once the local council approves your building plan and issues the required permits, we will begin construction on the agreed date, or even earlier if possible.

During construction, we will provide regular updates on every stage of the construction.

After construction is complete, we will invite you to Inspect the house with our directors. Once you are satisfied with the results, you can make the final payment and receive the keys to your new home.
